How Much Does It Cost To Hire You As My Realtor?

Our fee is negociate up front so you know exactly your cost upfront. We typical negociate and get your fees paid by the seller at closing. And no, this does not mean I am partial to the seller. In fact, I am legally obligated to represent you and have your best interests at heart. In certain cases where a property is priced exceptionally low, we may charge a minimum fee. However, a significant portion of this fee is still covered by the seller, and you would only need to cover the remaining balance.
